Tony Gill is a Registered Financial Adviser who has been looking after clients throughout New Zealand since 1995.
He specialises in the disablement curve which includes Private Health Insurance, Income/Mortgage Protection, Critical Conditions Cover or Trauma, Total and Permanent Disablement Cover and finally Life Insurance. He also understands ACC CoverPlus Extra and how it can be applied.
Tony prides himself in genuinely caring for his clients and listening carefully to understand their issues and concerns. The 6 step process is easy to understand over two to three meetings initially and then regular reviews on an at least an annual basis.

COMPLAINTS
If there is dissatisfaction with Tony Gill’s service, there is a formal internal complaint handling process with a view to reaching a satisfactory resolution as swiftly as possible. Please contact Tony Gill. The complaint will be acknowledged within two days and an attempt to resolve the complaint will be within 10 days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, Tony Gill is a member of the Financial Dispute Resolution Service approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs under the Financial Service Provider (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008.
The scheme can be contacted at www.fdrs.co.nz or 0508 337 337 The complaint can be investigated and work undertaken to get an agreeable resolution. If this is not possible, the Scheme may make a formal decision which is binding . The process is free and the Scheme will assist in lodging the complaint.
